Job Description:

As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will act as a software detective, providing dynamic services by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
  • Build knowledge and support the team.
  • Participate in problem-solving discussions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.
  • Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.​

Minimum Qualifications:

15 years of full-time education.0–2 years of experience in Asset Management.
