Job Description:
Understand business and data requirements; raise clarifications as needed. Develop, test, debug, and deploy code based on specifications. Create technical documents and low-level design for components. Define and execute test scenarios. Work in Agile and SDLC environments; meet delivery timelines. Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues proactively. Participate in team meetings and technical sessions. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Support: Handle customer queries related to the Superset platform via email and phone; ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Issue Tracking & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues; contribute to FAQs and knowledge base.
- Follow-Ups: Ensure client concerns are fully addressed through regular follow-ups.
Customer Success: Understand user needs and provide product-related guidance to improve customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
2025 batch B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech (excluding Leather, Food, Fashion Tech, etc.)

Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (no rounding off; 59.9% not allowed)

No standing arrears; 60% aggregate required at joining

CGPA to % conversion as per university norms

Must be Indian nationals/OCIs currently in India

Willingness to work in any Cognizant office, shift, or technology
