Job Description:
Virtusa is seeking a skilled UI Angular Developer to join their Web App Engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing dynamic web applications using Angular and a strong understanding of front-end technologies. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Proven experience with Angular and front-end development.
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Angular development.
